NEMT Consulting Services
Two Consultants. One Practical Approach.
My Elite Courses offers NEMT consulting led by two current NEMT owner/operators who are actively running transportation businesses today. The guidance you receive is based on real-world challenges, current industry conditions, and hands-on experience — not theory or outdated information.
Our consulting model is intentionally built around two equally important areas of the business:
-
Business development, contracts, and partnerships
-
Daily operations, staffing, and training
This structure ensures guidance is realistic, balanced, and aligned with how NEMT companies actually operate.
Why This Approach Works
NEMT businesses succeed when growth decisions align with operational capacity. Too often, providers pursue contracts or partnerships without systems in place — or build operations without a clear growth strategy.
Because both consultants are actively operating NEMT companies, recommendations account for:
-
Real staffing and driver challenges
-
Current costs, compliance requirements, and broker expectations
-
Day-to-day operational pressures
This reduces guesswork and supports sustainable growth.
