As a CTAA-certified Wheelchair Securement Trainer, Cho is widely respected for his ability to translate standards into training that drivers actually understand and apply. His approach emphasizes safety, consistency, accountability, and operational efficiency — not just compliance on paper.

Cho’s depth of knowledge in NEMT operations and training was recognized at NEMTAC 2025, highlighting his impact, leadership, and commitment to raising operational and safety standards across the industry.
