4-Hour In-Person CTAA (PASS) Wheelchair Securement Training

This half-day (4-hour) course provides comprehensive, hands-on training in wheelchair securement and lift operation procedures, led by a certified CTAA PASS Trainer. Participants will learn proper wheelchair securement techniques in accordance with CTAA standards and gain practical experience to support the safety, comfort, and dignity of passengers during transport.

Advance registration is required to reserve your spot and receive pre-training materials prior to the session.

Prerequisite (Required)

Participants must hold a valid CTAA PASS Basic Certificate issued within 90 days of the scheduled class date.
No exceptions.

After booking, the certified trainer will email you within one (1) business day with next steps and instructions on where to submit your certificate. Proof of certification must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to the registered class, as verification is required for admission.

Class Schedule & Location
Classes are held on scheduled Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and are offered in person at:
514 Limona Rd.
Brandon, FL 33510

Classes are added monthly. If no dates are currently posted, please check back as new sessions are released regularly.

Group & On-Site Training Options
For groups of four (4) or more, or for organizations located outside of the Tampa area seeking on-site training by a certified CTAA PASS Trainer, please complete the form below.

On-site training is offered based on availability, provided by contract, and subject to travel and related fees.
