My Elite Courses provides educational training and consulting services related to Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). Consulting services may include guidance, strategy discussions, resource sharing, operational insights, and general industry education. All consulting services are advisory in nature and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. My Elite Courses does not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax, or regulatory advice, and no consulting engagement should be interpreted as such.

Consulting outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. My Elite Courses makes no guarantees regarding licensing approvals, compliance determinations, profitability, contracts, insurance acceptance, or business success. All decisions made based on consulting discussions, recommendations, or materials are the sole responsibility of the client.

Full payment is required at the time of registration or booking unless otherwise stated. All sales are final. My Elite Courses does not issue refunds for consulting services, training courses, cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows. Failure to attend a scheduled consulting session or course for any reason results in forfeiture of all fees paid. Payments are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the scheduled session.

My Elite Courses reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consulting sessions or courses due to availability, unforeseen circumstances, or operational needs. If My Elite Courses cancels a scheduled service, a future session or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Participants and consulting clients are responsible for meeting all stated requirements and for conducting their own independent research, due diligence, and professional consultations. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult licensed professionals such as attorneys, accountants, insurance brokers, or regulatory agencies before making business, legal, or compliance decisions.

For in-person courses or consulting sessions, participants acknowledge that attendance involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, physical injury, property damage, or other accidents that may occur in classrooms, parking areas, vehicles, or during hands-on training activities. By attending an in-person session, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

My Elite Courses is not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, illness, or claim arising before, during, or after participation in in-person training or consulting sessions, except where required by applicable law. Participants agree to exercise reasonable care, follow safety instructions, and wear appropriate attire. Participants further agree to release and hold harmless My Elite Courses, its owners, instructors, consultants, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Elite Courses expressly disclaims all liability for claims, damages, losses, costs, or disputes arising out of or related to consulting services. This includes, without limitation, claims related to business operations, licensing, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, contracts, employment decisions, revenue, losses, or third-party relationships. Clients agree that My Elite Courses shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from consulting services or reliance on information provided.

All course materials, consulting documents, written summaries, and educational content are the intellectual property of My Elite Courses and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

My Elite Courses reserves the right to remove any participant or consulting client for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. Removal does not qualify for a refund.
