NEMT CONSULTING POLICY

My Elite Courses provides educational and advisory services related to the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry only. All consulting services are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or regulatory advice. My Elite Courses does not act as a broker, employer, compliance authority, or agent, does not make decisions on behalf of clients, and does not perform operational or administrative work.

All discussions, materials, templates, examples, frameworks, call summaries, and recommendations are provided for general educational purposes only. Clients remain solely responsible for all business decisions, including but not limited to compliance, contracts, licensing, insurance, drivers, vehicles, staffing, operations, and implementation of any guidance provided.

My Elite Courses makes no guarantees regarding licensing or regulatory approval, broker, payer, or facility contracts, insurance acceptance, compliance determinations, revenue, profitability, or business success. All outcomes depend entirely on the client’s independent actions, execution, and individual circumstances.

All consulting services, advisory calls, strategy sessions, and consulting materials are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled sessions, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, business closures, regulatory or licensing issues, or lack of results. Consulting sessions are not eligible for rescheduling, and payments are non-transferable.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, My Elite Courses shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or disputes arising from or related to consulting services. This includes, without limitation, matters related to business operations, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, contracts, employment decisions, revenue, losses, or third-party relationships. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Clients agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Elite Courses, its owners, agents, instructors, and consultants from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the client’s business, operations, or use of consulting services, materials, or advice.

All consulting services, including strategy calls, advisory sessions, meetings, written summaries, templates, frameworks, and consulting materials, are confidential and proprietary intellectual property of My Elite Courses and are licensed for use by one business only.

Clients may not record, photograph, screen capture, transcribe, summarize, store, distribute, publish, share, or otherwise reproduce any consulting session or materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of AI tools such as AI note-taking assistants, transcription services, recording bots, automated meeting tools, AI summarization platforms, or similar technologies.

Any unauthorized recording, transcription, AI capture, storage, or distribution constitutes a material breach of these consulting terms and may result in immediate termination of consulting services without refund, in addition to any legal or equitable remedies available to My Elite Courses.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public business information shared during consulting engagements and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship. My Elite Courses is an independent advisory provider with no authority to bind or represent the client. Clients acknowledge they are not relying on My Elite Courses for professional, legal, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice and that all decisions are made using their own independent judgment and professional advisors.

Consulting services are non-exclusive. My Elite Courses may work with other NEMT providers, businesses, or organizations, including those operating in the same geographic area, market, or industry segment. No exclusivity, territorial protection, or competitive restriction is implied or guaranteed.

Scheduled strategy calls are limited to the scope, duration, and quantity included in the purchased package. Communication outside of scheduled calls must occur via email only. Support is not provided through phone calls, text messages, social media, direct messages, or personal contact methods.

Email communication is provided as a professional courtesy and does not constitute unlimited or ongoing advisory support. Excessive, unreasonable, or out-of-scope communication may require the purchase of additional consulting services.

My Elite Courses is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, illness, emergencies, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any claim arising from consulting services must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim or it is permanently barred.

These consulting terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or relating to consulting services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
 

By purchasing, booking, or participating in consulting services provided by My Elite Courses, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these NEMT Consulting Terms in full. Electronic acceptance, including checkbox consent, electronic signature, or online payment, constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Full consulting services are governed by a separate written Consulting Agreement provided at booking.​​

Wheelchair Securement Training Policy

My Elite Courses provides Wheelchair Securement Training led by a CTAA-certified Wheelchair Securement Instructor. Training is educational in nature and is intended to provide general instruction on wheelchair securement principles, passenger safety, and the proper use of securement equipment. Completion of training does not certify, license, or guarantee competency for any specific employer, broker, payer, regulatory agency, or jurisdiction, and does not replace employer onboarding, internal competency evaluations, or ongoing driver monitoring.
 

While training content is informed by standards established by the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), My Elite Courses is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of CTAA, any broker, employer, payer, or regulatory authority. Participants remain solely responsible for applying training concepts in accordance with their employer’s policies, vehicle configurations, securement equipment manufacturer guidelines, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
 

Wheelchair securement training may include classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, physical activity, and the use of vehicles, lifts, ramps, wheelchairs, and securement systems. Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, physical strain, injury, or property damage. By registering for and attending training, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to follow instructor guidance, safety instructions, and proper use of equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Elite Courses is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after training. This includes injuries occurring in classrooms, parking areas, vehicles, training spaces, or during hands-on activities. Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless My Elite Courses, its owners, instructors, trainers, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation.
 

My Elite Courses is not responsible for improper application of securement techniques, misuse or failure of equipment, vehicle condition, employer policies, or operational decisions made before, during, or after training. Successful completion of training does not guarantee compliance, safety outcomes, employment eligibility, or acceptance by brokers, facilities, insurers, or regulatory bodies. Failure to follow instructor guidance or safety protocols may result in removal from the session without refund.

All payments are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, regardless of the reason for cancellation, late arrival, or failure to attend.
 

Certain classes require a valid CTAA PASS Basic Certificate as a prerequisite. After booking, the certified trainer will email participants within one (1) business day with instructions on where to submit proof of certification. Documentation must be received no later than one (1) day prior to the scheduled class date. Failure to submit required documentation by the deadline will result in removal from the scheduled session without refund. At the trainer’s discretion, registration may be moved to a future class date based on availability. No exceptions will be made.

Participants who arrive late or do not attend the scheduled class (no-show) will not be permitted to participate. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these situations.
 

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or transfers. Cancellations made more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled class may be eligible for rescheduling to another available session based on availability. Refunds will not be issued. Transfers to another individual are not permitted.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule the class to the trainer’s next available session, which is typically held on a Saturday, though training dates may vary. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
 

By registering for or attending Wheelchair Securement Training, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full, including training scope limitations, assumption of risk, no-refund terms, documentation requirements, recording restrictions, and participation rules. Electronic acceptance, including checkbox consent, electronic signature, or online payment, constitutes agreement to this policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
