CTAA PASS Wheelchair Securement Training – Orlando (NEMTAC Week)

While the industry gathers in Orlando for the NEMTAC Conference, providers now have the opportunity to complete their CTAA PASS Wheelchair Securement Training through a dedicated, in-person, hands-on session designed specifically for operators, drivers, and agencies.

This training is led by My Elite Courses — a provider of professional NEMT training and consulting services supporting both new and established operators across the industry.

This is not a virtual class or lecture-style course. It is a half-day (4-hour), in-person, hands-on training focused on real-world wheelchair transport operations.


Training Focus

Participants will receive hands-on instruction in:

  • Wheelchair securement

  • Passenger safety procedures

  • Lift operation

  • Proper transport techniques aligned with CTAA standards

All instruction is delivered by a certified CTAA PASS instructor and structured to reflect real operational conditions, not classroom theory.


Designed Around NEMTAC

This Orlando session is intentionally scheduled during NEMTAC Conference week, allowing providers already in town to complete their required securement training without additional travel or scheduling burden.

Registration & Requirements

Duration: 4-hour in-person training

Light lunch included with registration

Prerequisite (Required): Valid CTAA PASS Basic Certificate issued within 90 days

After registration, participants will receive an email within one (1) business day with instructions for submitting their certificate. Proof must be received no later than two (2) days prior to the class for verification and admission.
