Why We Built My Elite Courses

My Elite Courses was created to support NEMT providers at every stage—startup, stabilization, and growth—by sharing experience earned through day-to-day operations.

Alongside My Elite Courses, we own and operate Skyline Transport, an active NEMT company based in Florida. Skyline is not a case study from the past; it is a functioning operation where systems, staffing models, training standards, broker relationships, and compliance decisions are tested in real time. That operational reality is the foundation behind our consulting work.

From Operating a NEMT Business to Consulting Other Providers

Skyline Transport was formed in 2022 and began active operations in late 2023. Like many providers, it started with research, trial and error, and learning the industry from the inside out.

Growth came through:

• Building broker relationships based on performance, not promises

• Starting as an owner-operator model before scaling

• Diversifying revenue into private pay and facility contracts

• Growing fleet size while maintaining service quality

• Recruiting, training, and retaining drivers aligned with company culture

Training is a core pillar of our work.

When building Skyline Transport, access to consistent, hands-on wheelchair securement training was limited. That experience directly led to the creation of training services under My Elite Courses.
